How to Use
Take 2 capsules daily after a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Recommended for ages 12 and up. Take at least 3 hours apart from calcium supplements. More is not better—do not exceed the recommended serving.
Cautions
Contains fish. Not suitable for people with fish allergies. Not suitable for vegetarians.
Avoid use if you have a blood clotting disorder, take aspirin or other anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication, or have had recent surgery, unless advised by your doctor.
